| Experience | kayaking is eleven years of wearing a smile and being addicted to the water. |
| Achievements | There are many achievements of which I am very proud. The most important though is treating those around me with respect and encouragement. Kayaking has taken me to many continents and countless first descents. These adventures created the setting for Ben and me to be named National Geographic Adventure Heros of the Year in 2007. | Biggest Adventure | Attempting to cross the border of Romania and Hungary without proper documents and no grasp of either language with guards carrying fully automatic rifles. |
| Hobbies and Charities | In addition to kayaking I have several loves: investing, mountain biking and rock climbing, ice hockey. If you have a group of children who would benefit from hearing about why drugs do not help me live the best life possible, I would love to hear from you. |
