Biggest Adventure Any trip I take with the YGP clan is always an adventure. In 2008 our trips included 4 months on the Africa Revolutions Tour in Africa and Madagascar, and a trip down the Stikine River. The single biggest adventure though, was our 3 day, self-support trip through the savage Murchison Falls section of the Nile in Uganda. It has been self-supported solo once, but we were the first team to go in there without the safety and comfort of a raft. We had five absolutely terrifying crocodile chases and saw about 4000 hippos! I also got beat down in a house sized hole right above the entrance for Murchison Falls was forced to pull. I had to swim into an eddy with a pod of hippos. Luckily there were no crocs around or I may not have been here to tell the story!
Future Adventures I have big South America plans, so keep an eye out for our adventures to come!
