| Achievements | I am thankful to be part of such a great community of people here in Canada. The country is a growing population of kayak anglers. I am proud to have had a part in starting CanadianKayakAnglers.com as Canada’s online resource for events, local fishing-meet ups and trip reports. The site is also a great resource for new kayak anglers to get information on rigging and local launch spots with our new CKA kayak fishing reference map. | Biggest Adventure | I have had some pretty amazing fishing excursions. Most recently I was lucky enough to hang out with The Kayak Fishing Shows’ crew in Northern Saskatchewan. We met up for a 7 day trip on Wollaston Lake to hunt monster Northern Pike. On a day where the weather was good we blindly paddled upstream after Arctic Grayling, Walleye and Northern Pike. We had no idea what kind of things we would encounter but knew there were some big fish there. I managed to land a huge 42 inch Northern and a few nice grayling. The crew had a blast. We even got to shoot some rapids with our Sit on tops. The amazing part was that without a kayak there was no way to access the areas and you felt like there hadn’t been a soul that had seen that area in forever. |
| Mission | I am presently on Canada’s east coast. New waters and new terrain. This is what I love the most: exploring new areas in the search of a trophy. So my present mission is to find some huge fish and some weird species that you cant find in the rest of Canada - striped bass, shark, eels and chain pickerel. |
