Achievements	Circumnavigation of Haida Gwaii – The Queen Charlotte Islands, B.C. with Leon Sommé and Justine Curgenven (2007). Circumnavigation of Iceland with Chris Duff and Leon Somme (2003). First place in the San Juan Challenge/Women’s division/and Doubles division (1998/2000). BCU Coach Level 5 aspirant; I will attempt my assessment in spring of 2010. Biggest Adventure	My biggest adventure to date has to be the expedition I did around Iceland in 2003. This was my first “real” expedition and it tested everything from my choice of dry bags and gear, to my ever changing emotional state!
Life these days	Life in the San Juan’s is changing too, as I have just co-designed and built a small house that will house my 82 year old mother, my sister with Down syndrome, my boyfriend Leon Somme and our fat cat Skinny. Check back with us in a year t see how we are all faring! This could be the biggest “adventure” of my life.
