Biggest Adventure	The Stikine was certainly epic. It was a true soul mission. My buddy Austin Rathman and I drove up from Whistler, waited for the river to drop (which it didn’t) and put on. We had super high water and it rained on us all night at camp one. A trip at the absolute limit. But we stuck together and pulled it off. What an amazing trip. The canyon is so beautiful, sheer black walls towering thousands of feet right out of the water and the whitewater is plain ridiculous. At the takeout Austin hitchhiked back to the car and I just lay there, letting the experience settle in.
On passion and philisophy	Kayaking is such an incredible way to see the world. If you ever have the chance to go on a cool mission to a new and exotic place, don’t think twice. You’ll never forget it.
