| Biggest Adventure | Left the security of the corporate world to risk living for the moment and to pursue my kayaking passions and trips. This took all my courage and felt like jumping out of an airplane without a parachute. I realized that you can’t wait to live your dreams. Life is the stuff, both big and small, that happens between all of the grand plans and retirement. When I’m on a kayaking expedition I feel life reduced to its simplest terms. Instead of tuning out distractions, I am free to fully tune into the world. |
| Turn Ons | I’m energized not only by long trips, glassy waves and chaotic headlands, but also teaching kayaking and learning skills from all paddling disciplines. I love the fusion of ideas from many different sources. The key is to simply keep an open mind, be willing to step out of your comfort zone, and to challenge your beliefs. |
