Trolling 15 plus miles through sun, rain, wind, and ripping tides for a beefy Chinook is just an average day of hunting for me. Puget Sound is home, and dropping a 6 pound ball off the downrigger with a hand made lure is my fishing style of choice. Although the sound is where you'll most likely find me, I also frequently fish for lingcod, halibut, steelhead, and sturgeon in some of the nation's finest waters. As a moderator of the largest kayak fishing community in the Northwest (Northwest Kayak Anglers.com), I am always ready to lend a hand to kayak fishing newbies. It's the camaraderie, friendly competition, and challenge of landing that record fish that makes kayak fishing my life's passion. |
