New Accounts - Opening Procedure

1. Contact the regional sales rep
2. Tell the rep about your business and goals in carrying the line
3. If the rep is interested in opening the store as a dealer, they must contact us to have a new account packet sent to you ASAP
4. Fill out the dealer application in the packet and fax or mail it back to Kokatat
5. If your application is approved, we will call you and let you know ASAP Your first order can be prepaid or COD if you don't want to wait for your credit application to be run through. 
6. The credit application involves feedback from other venders and banks so the turnaround time depends on them, not us. This can take a while depending on your other creditors getting back to us. Your initial credit limit will be communicated to you and your rep.

Minimum Orders
First order minimum 
$ 750 on your first order (any mix of product) 
Per order minimum 
$ 100 (otherwise a $5 handling charge may be applied) 
Annual order minimum 
$ 1,000 per year/outlet or the account may be closed at Kokatat's option
